I brought in my wife's 2019 ILX for an A1 (oil change) service on 9/8/2022 at 10:15 AM. Service Manager Benny assured me the car was going to be ready by 1 PM. I came back to pick up the car at 1:34 PM thinking it was ready then Adam from service department tells me the car was not even assigned to a mechanic and it will not be ready until 4 pm!!!! Service department gets an "F" for customer service.

Bennie is a great customer service coordinator. He really takes care of my son’s ACURA RDX-PMC and goes beyond to explain to my son how to important is to keep his car maintained on schedule.

I got Acura MDX from this dealer few days back and process was smooth. I waited for 3 months to get the right car. Dan is used to send me pictures of new car when ever something available. The one thing I like from Dan is he used to provide me complete details and waits for my response. He never forced me to buy the car and this gave me time to think about it. Thank you.
