The receptionist here was so mean and rude. I tried to come up and explain to her about my dad's appointment because we weren't there for Covid-19 vaccine but scheduled with a public nurse for TB test results and medicine on a different floor. No one informed us that there was a line waiting outside to register and as I walked up ( there was nobody behind me) and trying to talk to her. She rudely interrupted, glared, and yelled at me to get in line. Like I was not cutting anyone off and there's no need to be so rude about that. You are highly educated and working for us, the community. Or maybe because we were the ONLY Asians there. Even the securities felt bad for me. I ended up letting the male security know about our situation. He had to come up and talk to her for us. Everyone else was so nice here except for that receptionist. Very rude and unprofessional. Wish I know her name and there's a way to complain about her behaviors.

Went to 2 CVSes and physical exam office to try to get a flu shot but none had it available. Finally went to Central Health Center and there was no line, very clean & FREE! Staff were very friendly and I'm more than satisfied about this experience. Highly recommended!

As “cita” is spelled with a “c” Google Translate to properly translate what you said would need the spelling correct and also your choice of words. “Necesito tener un rayos x. Hago cita o se puede ir sin cita?“ is how you want to ask the question and it translates perfectly.
