Rude nurse kept cutting me off on the phone with mmmmkay when I was trying to find out about my refills that CVS said they didn't receive and then hung up on me while I was still asking for clarification. Going to contact medi-cal and see what other hospital I can be assigned to instead of this one.

I have no problem with this place since I been going here. I was 18 years old when I first went to the clinic. So those who don't like this place take a deep look at yourself, you must be the problem!!!!!

I don’t know how in the WORLD this place received 3 1/2 stars!!!! LIES!!!!!! They’ve lied to people about having COVID on top of neglect towards patients. Recently had an issue with a doctor getting back to me and my eye doctor. My eye was bleeding. Took them TWO WEEKS to respond! Then lied and said they never got faxes from my eye doctor who has the time stamps and receipts. Also he made calls to them, spoke with call center, left messages and I did the same. They said they had NO record of it! Lol!!! SMH!!!!! We both are just lying I guess when I told them the names of people I spoke with and he had receipts! It didn’t matter! I filed a grievance! A lot that does they all work together! No one is held at accountability!!!!! I called patient relations and was told someone was going to get back to me about this NO ONE EVER DID!!!!!! Then the lying doctor calls me after two weeks acting as if she knows nothing and I didn’t need a referral, then I was assigned to LAC USC according to them, then it was take the referral your eye doctor gave you over there and lastly it was they have a referral in the system for me to go to LAC USC etc. OMG!!!!!!! It WAS TERRIBLE!!!! They all lie!!! Nothing is taken seriously! Complete waste of time!!!!! 3 1/2 stars probably came from friends of theirs! THERE IS NO WAY THEY EARNED THIS!!!!!! I changed my PCP immediately! DONT GO HERE!!!! I’m telling you! They had a lady in tears telling her she had COVID and she didn’t! RUN!!!!!!

The staff in the adult clinic are laaaaaazzzzy!!! Sit in the front desk with attitude, you walk in they won’t ask what your there for. When you walk up and say your name I have an appointment they don’t even look up to say ok thank you. They still look at their screen and say have a seat. And they take suuuuper long to answer the phone I’m caller number 1 for almost 45 min
