Hello this was my first visit at kheir clinic .I had a bad experience with the front desk which was esmeralda . She was rude her emotion feels that she doesn’t want to work . Doctors and nurses were nicer than her .

Kheir Clinic is worst Public health clinical Hospital in Los Angeles. Kheir Clinic doctors is unprofessional doctors. Everyone knows Kheir Clinic is unprofessional Public Health Clinical hospital. Kaiser Permanente is better than Kheir Clinic.

I was treated very well here, unusually long waits but it's not entirely the staffs fault. People don't realize that the people visiting are also a factor for long waits. Everyone at this clinic is professional and the lobby has chairs for people to wait.

They will not answer the phone. I’ve called them for two weeks now and they never answered the phone every single time. So i decided to just show up and see if i could make an appointment but they just told me to “sign in” and now i’ve been just sitting here for an hour JUST to make an appointment. Lol. What a joke.
