I used to come here as a child and in those days the care was amazing but over the years this facility has degraded and it’s employees are less and less helpful and unfortunately have become ruder. My mother has called 4 times to make an appointment as instructed by her doctor but the excuse they give us on why we can not book the appointment is because they say the individual we need to talk to is on their lunch break or no one speaks Spanish, or sometimes it’s just the operator, we have called in the mornings and in the afternoon. Its extremely frustrating and I feel bad for the other people who come here and deal with the same thing.

Just sad and unfortunate! One service provider for a community of people. What kind of health service is that? No help at all.. Receptionists are just as tired as they look. Literally sat for hours before leaving. Very sad, it's no wonder people out here dying because these so-called health professionals are not concerned at all about the health of their patients!

If I could give this place a 0 I definitely would. The last 3-4 years I’ve been trying to figure out why I have abdominal pain everyday. The doctor in urgent care said it was all in my head, then he continued to proscribe me Anxiety medication. Another visit, I went to see a doctor that was Indian I believe. I was explaining to her how much pain I was in while having back pain because of my breast. She said nothing was wrong with me and I was too young to be having issues. She accused me of trying to get medication just because? The people you call to make an appointment are rude as hell and always hang up the phone. Everybody here needs to be fired.

This place is awful now with all the covid going on they are so slow.. They don't seem to want to their job right especially at the obgyn section. If your pregnant don't come here save your self from headaches. They also forgot to send my prenantal pills i came to the cvs and they were not able to find it.. This is beyond stressful im going to change me and my kids from this facility for good!!!
