Opening to a couple hours before closing

I have tried to call the number listed about 18 different times to try and reach ANY of the clinics in the area and have not gotten through once. The type of appointment I need is not able to book online. Is there a reason no one is answering?

How long are you staying on the line for? Their lines are really busy sometimes.. especially option 3 for ages 17+. On another note, I called yesterday at 4:35 and didn't get an answer .. it rang until I hung up around 4:50 something.
