I had a great experience with Aby and are very happy with the result. Our new window bench has a lot of corners so I wanted to have the cushion mad by a local specialist. Aby was very pleasant and professional to work with, very accommodating to my scheduling challenges and short timeline. She presented options and did not push me to the more expensive one. She gave good styling suggestions last but not the least, she had the fusion done and installed before thanksgiving so my family was able to enjoy the cozy sitting area for the holiday.

My whole experience working with Aby was 5 stars. We wanted to re-upholster our 8 dining room chairs where the fabric was torn and stained beyond repair, and some of the foam sticking out. We have 4 kids aged 1-6, so there's a lot of spillage, rough handling and poking going on. We emailed Aby for a quote, including pictures; the communication was excellent from the responsiveness, the details on pricing and policies and overall helpfulness. We made an appointment to look at fabric and Aby suggested we bring in a whole chair rather than just a cushion so we can look at the fabric with the chair color and design. When we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculate and comfortable Aby's office is. She made us feel comfortable, listened to what our lifestyle needs were (e.g. with 4 young kids durability and stain resistance is key), our design preferences, what our home colors looked like, and gave thoughtful, honest opinions. Aby helped pick out fabric with us, gently swaying us toward some designs that could clash with the chair design/color and giving professional feedback on different concerns we had (e.g. if we also needed to replace all the foam pads -- which we did end up doing). The job was done quickly and drop-off and pick-up smooth. The invoicing and payment was very easy and techn-savvy. Throughout it all, Aby was joy to work with and the whole experience pleasant.
