Not a good place for families. Neighbors complain about children playing, property management takes days, sometimes weeks to respond, they tow your car, or even your visitors car without notification, and they call the police on you for a debate or if you disagree. Oh, did I mention they only patch the problems you have with your home, they never fix them, maintenance stated that it's too much money that the property management doesn't want to put out. Word of advice; Document everything, get a copy of every document they sign or have you sign for your apartment.

If I could give negative stars, they don't even deserve that. These apartments are the absolute worse. They made a mistake with my parking pass, & because of their miscommunication & negligence a parking violation was put on my car. The ticket was stuck to my driver side window which damaged my window when it was pulled off. I told them to clean it off & they refused. We then caught them lying to us saying they came up to the apartment & when I confronted them about my window earlier they had said they weren't allowed to come up to the apartments. Fast forward & they have given my friend a lease violation claiming I disturbed the peace when I told them to clean my window when our entire exchange lasted less then 5 minutes. They lie & illegaly file lease violations to threaten the tenants. I've never dealt with more incompetent, rude, & negligent employees. They should be ashamed of their behavior. & whoever the owners are, should be equally ashamed they let these people run their business this way. Truly shameful & disgusting.

Will depend on which apartment. Lakeview 1 is about 2 yr wait and lake view 2 is about 2 to 4 but that could be even sooner if others on the waiting list dont want the apartment anymore . It could be in a month if everyone on the list in front of you say they dont want it anymore.
Yes. I dont know if they need a down payment and monthly fee but i know some people have pets in these apartments. I would call them to get more details.
The rent will depend on your income is my understanding. I've been here a few months and have absolutely no complaints. The mgmt has been very proactive with any repairs. I have an upstairs unit and its very quiet where I am at. No noise complaints. Other than early early morning gardeners, lol. My apt is nicely updated and no bug or rodent issues. Would recommend putting in an application. Not a bad place to live.
I'm not sure sorry
The prices vary. Lake view one is a set price. 2 bedroom is 1000ish and three bedroom is around 1100ish. If you go into the lakeview 2 apartment then if i remember correctly it will be based on your income at 30ish% of what you make so if you make 1000 a month then it will be 300 a month for rent
I know they dont in a 2 bedroom . I dont know about a 3 bedroom but they do jave 2 laundry facilities on the premises and youll be able to use them whenever you want.
