CURRENT RESIDENT. (Updated review 2022) Probably one of the worst places to live for the money. Management is TERRIBLE.. Worst apartment service ever and horrible service from the manager Cheryl. DO NOT RECOMMEND 7/10/19: Construction is so loud it's unbearable. Moved to a new unit 10 days ago and we hear nonstop noise now. 8/26/20: Increased rent for 1 bedroom from 1580 to 1680. Roach infestation Moved Out Sep 2020 They charged $1680 (Now $2079 in 2022) rent for 1 bedroom 670 SQ FT. Ridiculous. STAY AWAY. Cannon Management is a terrible company and their regional supervisor, Nick, does NOT care about you, the customer, in any way.

Absolutely horrendous. You pay so much in extra fees for the gym, pool, hot tub, only for everything to be broken or disgusting. Management hasn't done a thing to fix gym equipment or the hot tub. The gates to enter the apartment are constantly broken and don't get fixed for weeks or even months after its been reported, leading to multiple break-ins. Any needed repairs to the apartments can go weeks and months without repair, or may even just flat out ignored.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! Awful place to live. Horrible management. The manger “ Rachel “ always seem to be in the worst of moods. Also seems that they profile and stereotype you based on your appearance or ethnicity. No professionalism or communication with residents. They are slow to perform any maintenance on your unit, but will be very quick to raise your rent when they see fit. If you have any issues with your unit, do not expect them to be handled anytime soon. This place is a zero and worst decision I ever made!!!

I’ve lived here for over a year and I can’t wait til our lease is up. We pay almost 1.6k for a one bedroom. My fiancé and I have had so many maintenance issues, and they haven’t really fixed even half of them. They don’t even answer their phones 90% of the time. My shower pipes and toilet have been leaking for literally a year. My AC doesn’t work properly. Half the electricity in my kitchen wouldn’t work, and it took them like 3 times to come out to open the fuse box to reveal open hot wires for them to actually fix it. I seriously could go on and on. It was a nice apartment at first but all the little things add up. I know they got new management recently so I try and give them the benefit of the doubt, but they never answer the phones anyways. It looks nice on the outside but it seems they just use stick and peel stuff to cover the bad.

they do check income before approving you, 1 bedrooms currently start at $1949, as of 2022
No you wont get lost main pool is next to the main laundromat and playground smaller pool is next to the lease office which is not far from main pool hope i answered your question
