Everyone in the office at ridgestone including Yasmin are super awesome, they are very helpful with everything you need. I have yet to come across more professional staff anywhere that I've been, they never hesitate to get anything you need done. They helped me step by step on all processes on getting my apartment taken care of. I love the atmosphere and the apartments are kept in A1 shape and cater to all your needs. Im happy to be a resident here for already a year and im going on my second. Anyone looking to find an apartment should DEFINITELY Stop by here you won't be disappointed!!!

I first want to say that I love these apartments! I’ve been here for over 2 years and have experienced nothing but kindness and excellence from the front office! Yasmin, Jessica, Alexis and now Brandon are amazing! They are great at what they do, efficient and I enjoy living here because of them. Maintence is great, whenever I have a problem…they are quick and efficient! Thank you all for being great managers and your office team rocks! Keep up the excellent work!

NO NAME

UNBELIEVABLE... I stopped by this apartment complex looking to become a future tenant, completed the application and background check. Mind you, the application asks for $45 for the background check, and proof of income, which everyone on my application submitted 2 types of information. The next morning I get the results that I was APPROVED for the apartment, and everything looks great. By the afternoon of that same day, the manager rejected my application and gave me a BOGUS excuse!! She stated that my tax return information was from the previous year. Well, yeah I hadn't filed my taxes yet. (She still had my other form of income information). I even offered to file the taxes for this year after I hang up with her, and she told me that she could no longer hold the apartment for me. I was also told that I couldn't reapply until 90 days from now. It seemed as if they were holding that apartment for someone they knew, so they just came up with any type of excuse to reject others as well as myself.  They're collecting multiple $45 background check fees, and then rejecting people afterwards! SUCH ABSURD BEHAVIOR SMH

A fantastic apartment complex! Great customer service from beginning to end. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would highly recommend. Yasmin and her staff represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessarily detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly. The staff is amazing I’ve never had any issues with them. Keep up the great work.!
