When I started there I was totally turned off at how they spoke about other employees in front of other training employees. They tell you not to eat at your desk but then take you on a tour and you see people eating and when someone in the class ask about why are people eating at their desk and that person gets told with an attitude MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. This company is a joke and if I could have given it 0 stars that’s what they would get. To have experienced this was a blessing because I was able to leave before I got to far into this place and now work where they take care of their associates not talk about them in front of everyone

Horrible place to work for! They don't care for their employees what so ever! Their response to COVID-19 was an absolute joke. As people became infected we didn't get info on which dept the person worked for, putting us at great risk for contacting the virus. No Hazzard pay! They train you for 1 dept., but load 4 other depts jobs on you and threaten you to do it and to do it right or get fired! And as a faithful employee I worked through it all(even in an empty dept. With no seniors, team leads or agents) instead of a thank you they fired me. I stood a better chance at staying home in stead of coming in! All the agents that stayed home instead of working got to keep their jobs as I was let go! This place doesn't care about work ethic at all; it's about getting people in and out. Beware of Ashley she's a witch, she loves to fire people without reason. Would be a great place to work for if it were better managed!

No hazard pay for employees risking their lives and their family’s lives. No gloves no masks and are still open. All other centers closed down. Extremely upset that you continue to have your employees in close contact with other coworkers. You will not get masks as our doctors and nurses need them before your employees. Not good! Offer them hazard pay or lay them off. 😞
