Daniel made the process easy and simple not wasting any one’s time as having delt with time wasted at other apartments nearby, I would definitely recommend moving here, as the management will meet your need and do the best to accommodate you as a tenant.

Every place has its problems, and there is nowhere that's perfect to live, but the difference here is Daniel. If you can catch this busy man he is a very understanding person and will work with you with any problems you might have. After having experienced homelessness in my lifetime this place is the best place to start to build a new life and put down roots. Thank God for Daniel.

Place is a joke when it comes to safety it's literally not their concern or value, literally was told by the owners that it's not there problem. Been robbed 3 times here once in the gate, once right in front of the complex and once down the the street. Addressed concerns to management about cameras and they can care less said it's not there problem for the safety of the tenants, been in the "process" of getting cameras which means its never happening. I'll change this review once camera get installed if ever so until then if you value your stuff think about it

I’ve lived here now for 2 years and 6 months and I LOVE It!! Best staff working Daniel and Maggie are amazing to work With as well as the maintenance team! Neighbors are all respectful and very kind and nice. I don’t plan on going anywhere I love it here and I love that they work with you and are able to show they care!!! If your looking for a place to rent this is definitely the place. They take care of you and fix any issues immediately. It’s also very close to a lot of everyday needs like groceries and parks but distanced enough to not have to deal with a lot of people. Also great feature is there gates! It’s nice to know only limited people are around your home.
