It would of been nice if they would let you know you need a membership or special card to get gas here

There aren’t any workers here, but you won’t need assistance. A fleet card is required to purchase gas here, so if you come here you most likely already know what to do. Typically for commercial use; never busy. They also provide on the road and fuel delivery services.

Hello Frank. We do not offer CNG at any of our fueling locations. The closest CNG location near Lake Elsinore would be 41376 Guava Street, Murrieta, CA. This is a site owned by So Cal Gas. We hope this helps. Have a great day.
