I am grateful that my State Farm Insurance Agents at the office of Agent Paul Niehouse, Jr., in Lake Elsinore treat me with respect and dignity. They always welcome me into the office when I stop in to make a payment or ask a question about my policies. (In previous dealings with other auto insurance agencies in other states, I have not always been treated this well.) I am especially grateful for Agent Maria, who always helps me with updates, suggestions and changes; and diligently ensures my policy details are current and accurate. I’m so glad I found this agency!

Can't say enough positive words for my experience with Paul Niehouse and his support staff at State Farm Insurance. Recently had my car broken into and I didn't know how to handle it. Paul walked me through the process, even provided me the non-emergency phone number for the police. Thank you removing my stress and helping me deal with this issue.

They sure are quick to take your money and issue the blame to their own insured before any investigation has been concluded. My brother was in a car accident. He was passed by another driver on the opposing traffic lane and was hit on the drivers side. Without having the police report or concluded any evidence. They automatically deemed my brother to be at fault. They would not help whatsoever in any matter until they received payment for the deductible. We could not get a rental car, they would not file any paperwork, they would not investigate, they would not even contact the other insurance. What do you pay an insurance company for? They dont offer any assistance in the case of an accident. Both the people working in the office and the employees of state farm are very unprofessional when you really need their help. I would run from this place. It used to be good and i had nothing but good things to say, having had past accidents while being insured by them years ago, i expected the same for my brother but that was not the case. He was not treated fairly and no one at this office would do anything to help until they received their deductible. So if you want good insurance with good customer service, when you really need it, not just when you make a payment, do not go to this office. You will regret it.

Our family has been using Paul Niehouse for over 20 years. Excellent service, quick responses, and a wonderful staff. It is always easy to conduct business, make policy changes, file claims and get answers to questions. What a wonderful company State Farm has been. Their rates are always competitive, and I have never had problems with claims involving auto accidents or incidents at my residence. A truly class organization!
