This pharmacy filled my husband's prescription with the wrong strength of medication. He took it for days before we discovered the mistake. After a trip to the ER and a weekend of watching my husband be sicker than I have ever seen him....we received a "sorry". Risk management said they would call back...days later we are still waiting. My advice, don't trust them with your prescription.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life! None of the workers or the pharmacist himself can figure anything out. I have had repeated problems just trying to get my insulin for my type one diabetes(still without insulin), All they can do is pass blame on the doctors and send me on a wild goose chase. I implore anyone needing meds do not go here everyone in the pharmacy is rude as you can imagine and has no desire to help or do there job.

I mean y'all could at least update your hours so customers don't waste their time. Smh Btw they close at 9:00pm.

Horrible customer service. I called September 6 at 1:45 PM to ask about product availability and the girl that answered the phone was very unprofessional talking to somebody else while I on on the phone. I Asked if she would please look up a CVS item number for me and proceeds to hand the phone to a man who says his name was Lorenzo. He refused to look up the item number and said he would find it by name. He could not find it And when I asked him to look up the item number once again he said he good night and hung up the phone. I called back and asked for a manager and he answered the phone again and said he was the manager and when I ask him to please look up the item number he refused once again and hung up the phone. I called a different store on Montano and ask the lady who answered the phone to please look up an item number which she did found the product and the experience was very pleasant. CVS pharmacy on fourth and Central lax in quality customer service and will not ever spend my money in that store ever again.
