The pharmacy staff at this location are beyond rude . They yell at you if you don’t understand or are trying to tell them you do understand. I have been told I don’t have time to help you over the phone I have other clients to help here and hung up on. I have told Walgreens management 3 times today was the 4th time I complained about the same woman that works at the pharmacy. I was told by two managers oh we don’t know try calling corporate to complain about the pharmacy staff. They were unhelpful too like I was the problem. I told them that instead I would be notifying the better business bureau . This is awful when patients need their medications because they have serious health conditions .

Manager Jose is doing such a great job! This location is particularly difficult with the location and homeless population. He handles it well and is working hard. Good job!

The big security officer decided to yell and call my husband the N word and then told the clerks to not check him out so my husband still got the items he went in for and they would not check him out. The manager on site said he has to take the security officer word and there was nothing he can do. If you go around using racial slur and then get mad because that person did not give you the reaction you were looking for then you do not need to be working around people period! And the manager is also at fault for not handling the situation in a professional manner! Reading the other reviews and experiencing them first hand their employees do need to be retrained

This is the dumpiest Walgreens on the planet. The staff were terrible and the place is dirty. I wanted to buy something in the locked up electronics case. Lady asks if she can help me. I said yes and she walked away. Never came back. I went looking for her so I could buy my headphones and decided to use the bathroom while I was waiting. Bathrooms are closed. Finally Just worked my way through the crazy long lines and left.
