This Walgreens is horrible. Shut's down the pharmacy for lunch with a line of people waiting. Just puts a sign up and walks away.

I used to visit Walgreen's pharmacy at least once a week until a little over 2 years ago. They had been my pharmacy for a couple year's. I was becoming increasingly frustrated with them constantly giving me problems with prescriptions for a variety of reasons. So much so that I spoke to the Manager numerous times & he had given me $20 in rewards money to compensate for the many trips I would have to make back & forth. The waits were so long & their customer service was obsolete. I finally became fed up with them when they denied me a prescription because they wanted to call & verify it with my Surgeon first. This is immediately after being discharged from the hospital having had a triple hernia repair surgery in my abdomen as well as having my abdominal muscles reattached & I was going to be in an extreme amount of pain. I even had the discharge paper's & arm band on. I know they want to be safe & careful but come on. That's ridiculous! Reaching the Surgeon more than likely would have taken a day or two & there was no way I could have waited that long. I decided that was the last straw for me. I was nauseated from the anesthesia still & they wanted me to manage my pain to keep the nausea down because if I started vomiting, it could have ripped open what the Surgeon just did. I would have had to turn around & gone right back to the hospital. That's extremely messed up & never have I had an issue like that at ANY pharmacy prior. My conclusion was that Walgreen's did not care about me nor do they care about you. They only care about money, profit & not getting sued. I don't want to go to a pharmacy like that ever! To be honest, I switched to Albertson's pharmacy & you know what? I enjoy going there. They are 👍. So far, no complaints or problems even after 2 yrs. The staff is friendly, caring & helpful. Not to mention that during the week, Albertson's has a delivery service to your home for free (has to be one closest to your home) on most medications. You just need to be at home to receive them & I pay any copays I have with my card prior to delivery. They are far better than Walgreen's for so many reasons & I am so glad I switched. Sorry Walgreen's but you need to rethink how you treat your customer's. Your customer service is severely lacking. I don't know if it's partially due to being understaffed versus how many patient's you deal with but you need to figure out some changes to put your customer's first. Not to mention all your prices in the store are elevated compared to other stores unless the item is on sale. No drama or stress with any prescriptions after leaving Walgreen's. My stress level as far as that goes has never been lower. I recommend you do the same if you're having or want to prevent similar issues. You won't regret it.

Staff is always friendly- Pharmacy is really slow ( but friendly) I’m sure they’re lacking in staff. Other than slow pharmacy this is a very friendly Walgreens

This Walgreens is very unfriendly. Older women employee hit me with cardboard box and didn't apologize.Besides I was also looking for a certain isle for a piece of medical equipment. She was stocking and decided to block my view of the products with her cart full of boxes. I asked her if they carried the product and she snapped at me. A rude "No". I hope she has a better day.
