Well I never met the owner. Sold him a washer. They came out and picked it up. I also gave them a very used stove. We negotiated a price, I told him to just send me a check. I went to buy a pellet stove. When I got home to install it, there was no control board. I called the owner. Long story short, he said he sold me a fully functional unit and would not refund me. As you can see on the first image (this is the post the owner put on Craiglist), this unit is supposed to have the control board on top, and it's gone. Supposedly he tested it before selling it to me.. NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT A CONTROL UNIT. I only noticed until I was going to install it and found the power cord striped; I figured it was as simple as getting a new power cord; when I opened the back panel, I found a bunch of loose wires inside. Pictures attached. Please go somewhere else. Don't lose your money in this business.

Purchased one and picked up one for someone else. Store is stocked with lots of appliances but pricing is a little high. And don't call a competitor just bashing you. I'm not. I had given you a 4 start but dropped it to a 2 because you are rude. I'm usually pretty easy to get along with and give better than average railings. And clean your store...

You brought us a washing machine of the same brand name on your receipt.. The washing machine was really dirty, looked like it was used for a long time and was sitting outside for a while (Way too dirty for only a few weeks of use) It had none of our stickers or name on it anywhere. We put bright yellow stickers on the back and front of our products with our name and number to make sure it is ours. We do not warranty products that were not purchased from us.
Yeah its supposed to be 10am. We do not have access to our website. We paid a company to run it for us but they have automated posts
