I ordered a couch off of amazon that uses XPO as a 3rd party delivery service. I have not yet received the couch. I threw my old couch away on Sunday to make room for the new one. Delivery originally was scheduled for Monday and got cancelled because "it didn't fit in the truck". I took the next day off work so I could be home to let them in. Cancelled again. I rescheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, both times canceled. Today is Friday and they once again canceled on me. I work too far away to go home and let the deliverers in. They have only ever given me a window of 6am - 6pm. Twelve hours is ridiculous. I am not sure why they are letting me schedule delivery dates that they clearly know they can't follow through on but don't tell me that until I call them half way through the day of delivery. I am currently rescheduled for tomorrow but I am not optimistic at this point. I wasted a day off. My back hurts because I have been forced to use a lawn chair because I threw my old couch out. They assured me a representative will reach out to make this right 2 days ago, which is clearly not going to happen either. This company has affected my life very negatively this week. This is a warning that XPO Louisville is incredibly unreliable and frustrating to deal with.

This is the worst company ever. I ordered a treadmill from Amazon on May 7th 2022. XPO is the 3rd party delivery since it is such a big item. They called me and scheduled a delivery date for May 21st. The day before they called to say they had to reschedule and the earliest date would be June 16th. So I get a phone call today saying that they now have to reschedule for July 7th. This is beyond upsetting because I have waited long enough for my treadmill to be delivered and they keep rescheduling but can't tell me why they have too reschedule. It is too the point that I just want my money back but I can't do that until it is delivered and I reject it to get my refund. Amazon needs to cut all ties with this company and never look back. I have called and tried to talk to a supervisor countless times and I am told no that they will write an urgent email about the situation but still nothing is getting done to get my delivery too me.

I love them…..NOT, I pay 160$ to get a chicken coop delivered, the delivery driver tells me to meet him at Walmart, we get there and then expects us to put in the van, gotta love a company that will take your money and NEVER DELIVER
