Just had the best experience with Carpet Mart (Christian) & the installation team (Nick, Mike & Austin) as we had our entire 1,000 sqf+ basement floor replaced. Christian helped us immensely as we narrowed down not only aesthetically pleasing choices but also PRACTICAL/EFFICIENT choices. When the time came for the installation, Nick stayed in constant contact with us........calling/texting every single morning to let us know what time they'd be arriving. Having us come down to the basement at important times to show us progress and/or ask for directions. They finished the job in exactly the timeframe they said they would (despite discovering some previously unknown hurdles halfway through the project!!) We couldn't be happier!! Our only problem now is.......now that the floor looks so amazing - we can really see how badly the walls need a new paint job!!! LOL

Just awesome! Sales meetings with Bruce were great. The ladies at the front desk were so welcoming. They were so nice to us and our kids. The kids loved the little area they have dedicated for kids which helped my husband and I to focus on flooring. Bruce helped us select exactly what we were looking for. Gave us his professional opinion and let us make the choice. We NEVER felt pressured! Aaron came out and did the measurements and was very professional and on time. The install was so smooth; we had Nick and Mike install our carpet. They worked so hard and were so nice to my family. They made hardly any mess and they cleaned up everything when they were done! We will refer anyone looking to buy flooring to shop Carpet Mart!

If you choose a product that we have in stock, we can usually install within a week. If it is a product that needs to be ordered, we would need to check stock at the mill to give you an estimated installation date. We’d be happy to help you!
Hi Katie, We will consider using existing padding if it makes sense for the installation. Using the existing pad does void manufacturer and installation warranties. But if the padding is in good condition it can be used. One way to test your pad is walking or feeling around a traffic area and then doing the same closer to a wall where there is no traffic. If you notice a substantial difference, you might want to consider replacing. Thanks, Bruce
