We have used Mr. Roof for multiple projects. They are very responsive and stand behind their work. Our roof has had multiple leaks after only 9 years from a different roofing company (no longer under warranty). Mr. Roof was able to correct the leaks. We also used a (cheaper) third company to try and fix a skylight leak - that company did not fix the leak and never came back. We will be using Mr. Roof for any future roof repairs and for new gutters when the time comes. You can't beat the peace of mind you get by knowing you will be able to get ahold of someone who cares about their work. Josh at Mr. Roof does a phenomenal job and I would recommend their work to friends and family.

I originally made contact for someone to inspect the roof that was installed several years ago. I had some concerns about the gutters as well. James Morley, project consultant, arrived at the scheduled time, assessed the problem, and was able to correct it quickly. After talking with him, he gave us an estimate and time line for new gutters. The gutters were installed earlier than the estimated time, and look great! (If you work with Mr. Roof I hope James is your consultant; he's kind, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, honest - just everything I appreciate in a professional.)

Mr Roof installed a roof for me in June 2022, since then I have contacted on many occasions, they damaged siding on my house and left gaps in it by removing two boxes that were part of the house. My last contact was September 2022 at which time they came back and wrote a work order stating what they would do to secure the gaps they left and said they would be back in 2 weeks, it has now been another month. I have been patiently trying to get this problem resolved since June,. I have pictures and texts and now a work order but I am still waiting. I might add I have paid in full because I was informed this would be taken care of. Your company is supposed to be reputable but it sure doesn't seem that way to me, 4 months is surely ample time to do what you say you are going to do.
