Had a plumbing issue involving a dripping shower head with new house we bought. Knew I had to replace the stems behind the handles, not sure what they’re called, due to the gaskets on them being worn out after 44 years. Have looked around online, went into every hardware store around, and couldn’t find anything. The shower parts also had no pieces of information regarding brand or anything, which made the search even more difficult. Got here at 7am on a Friday morning when they opened, went through the showroom to the parts desk with the valve in hand. Guy took one look at it without even touching it, and knew exactly what brand it was, what size, where they were in the warehouse, etc. He came back with 2 knee valves for 15 bucks each and now the shower doesn’t drip anymore. Wonderful service, and obviously have actual professionals working. Highly recommend and will be back for any plumbing needs I have instead of wasting time trying to search myself.
