This is by far the best place in town to get bagged ice. $2.00 for 20 lbs. that's a great deal!! The stores are usually 2 something almost 3 for a 10 lbs. Also I am a nemic and eat ice all day regularly and this ice is softer then other ice and easy to eat.

Went to get water. The machine took $1.00 of my money. The employee/owner was rude, denied that the machine took my money, and refused to give me a refund. I'll let you judge these people's character by posting the text conversation below. TTI: In meetings what's up Me: The water machine on San Mateo and Grand kept $1.00 in quarters. TTI: K Me: Please mail my refund to *my address* TTI: Nope Me: I'm going to report you to the BBB. TTI: K TTI: Go away and get your water somewhere else since you can't figure out how to work a machine...thank you TTI: Sent a tech to see if there was an issue after I got your text and no problems with machine...thank you Me: It took $1.00 of my money. I wouldn't have bothered calling and texting if it hadn't. TTI: No problems when I sent my tech...thx I decided not to respond and to send a complaint to the BBB. Eventually, through the BBB, Twice the Ice mailed me $1.00 in quarters; lose in an envelope (I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt), which someone stole out from the envelope because they were lose in there.

Easy access, 24x7 availability, Great tasting water (yes, different water brands have distinct flavor variants). Water has a light crisp taste. Easy to use dispensers. Only drawback is they do not offer for sale the water jugs.
