First ordered mobile, got my two coffees, also ordered a breakfast sandwich that never came out. When I got in they said that they didn’t have breakfast sandwiches they were low. All was fine until I ordered a banana bread in there, the guy who took my order didn’t have anyone for at least 5 minutes and the staff was sitting around. He puts it in the oven after abt 8 minutes. It comes out he says sorry for the wait, I said all good, but it was a pumpkin loaf. Common sense is all I gotta say. It was a tall lanky dude who thought he ran the place bossing everyone around.

I had a terrible experience today. As soon as I tried to drink it while driving after receiving a venti-sized hot Americano, the lid opened and all the hot coffee spilled on my body. Not only my body but also my car was covered in coffee. It's a terrible feeling of what it would be like if I was driving. I have to throw away all the clothes I care about, and my car is in such a mess that I have to wash the details. I'm worried about how to make a claim.
