On my second purchase from Ron Peterson, I got no help. I won an auction, and called several times to schedule a time for me to pick up, but they never answered any of the numbers I called. When I arrived to pick up, they said they wouldn't help me as I didn't call ahead. Since I live 2 hours away and run my own business, I can't just drop everything and go when they decide they want me to. On the first purchase, I had to call four different numbers to finally get someone, who said they didn't know what I was talking about and that if I wanted to pick up to just go to their shop and knock on the door. The woman who was there is very professional, but the other's that run the phones are not. The person to finally reached out to be about my second purchase made it seem like this was my fault and accused me of lying about arriving to pick up the item. I wish I didn't have this bad experience as their prices are fair, but dealing with their hostile and unprofessional manners aren't worth it.

Very friendly and helpful. They bought some of our guns and supplies and prices were very fair as well. Great customer service. My dad enjoyed working with them and it’s been a pleasure for me too. I’ll continue to recommend and give them my business.

Was really interested in seeing what this place had to offer since they had a good reputation. Checked their website and found out that they only deal in auction style sales. Saw some guns that I wouldn't mind having but not worth my time or hassle trying to bid on a firearm when I can go to any other gun store in town and find the same or comparable firearm for a "buy it now " price and be done with it. Definitely had the potential to gain some new business but not now.

Best Gun store in and Around new mexico! Staff are amazing. Courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and fast paced. This store has a very wide range of "reloading" supplies and ammunition, brand new and vintage firearms both new and used. I recommend this store to everyone who asks where to buy a reliable firearm at a great price. Pete C. was my sales associate and the best one i could have asked for. Before i left i could all but take my firearm apart. Very positive and passionate about firearms as well as a great customer service rep. Highly recommend, 5 stars for Pete C.
