Placed online order today, not my first time. Usually it’s spot on perfect. Today was different I realize a lot of business are short staffed. My sandwiches I had ordered 2 were put in the box and my pickle and chips were literally put inside the sandwiches not to the side but stuffed on top of the sandwiches. Looked like I got the bottom of the bag in chips just the crumbs. Very disappointed in presentation. After removing pickle and chips the sandwiches had to be warmed to finish melting the cheese. A little more effort next time. I will be back but feedback to staff is important.

2 stars because we genuinely love Dion’s, the team, the food, & atmosphere. But this is by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I can not believe how the manager on this shift runs this crew. A young lady named Alyssa is quite rude and extremely obnoxious. She was the only employee not actively doing anything. I have been to Dion’s my whole life, I understand they search for young, energetic teens who are supportive to their team, but Alyssa was far from! While the phones were ringing, almost off the hook she just stood at the serving counter. Screaming for Subs or salads to grab the phones, she was not stocking, not folding any boxes but making an extremely annoying “hoot”ing sound. Why couldn’t she be a team player and help out her crew? Mind you, not one red or black shirt manager to tell her anything. My family chose to sit as far away from the registers as possible and you can still hear her hooting. Another customer sitting in the table across from us, a father and his daughter even commented to us how annoying that sound was. I thought to myself maybe I’m just being a Karen but she didn’t stop! I went to the serving counter to ask for some boxes and she was completely rude to me cut me off before I could finish speaking. I can not believe Dion’s has someone on their payroll this unprofessional and disrespectful. I am completely disappointed and ashamed of this young ladies behavior. Now to touch on cleanliness of this location. Children's finger prints all over the windows and pictures. The lobby itself had not been picked up or wiped down, there were red trays and silver trays in every direction. I kindly asked the lady at the register to ask if someone can wipe a table down and she said “I’ll find someone”, I ended up going to the bathroom and wetting a paper towel to wipe the table we sat at, myself. The booth was disgusting! Crumbs, straws, and crumbled napkins were shoved in the corners. It’s so sad to see this location have no upkeep. As a manager, I would be completely embarrassed if my team behaved in this manner or my office become this unsavory. I’ll keep the 38 minute to our favorite Coors & Montano location.

Very different and unique pizza spot! Expected more of a typical restaurant sit down waiter/waitress feel, but was pleasantly surprised. While the seating & atmosphere feels as such, you can actually order at the counter, and then go sit at a bench of your choosing. Plenty of seating, compared to a typical pizza shop, and cozy old school style. We opted for slices rather than getting a whole pizza, due to going to the movies right after. We were in a time crunch, and they quoted us 10 minutes for our food, and it was ready in 11. Slices we’re awesome, hot, and fresh! Extremely impressive with how busy they were. Awesome first experience, 5/5.

First time here, just in Albuquerque for the night. This place was recommended by my airbnb hosts. I went thru the drive thru thinking i could order, didn't realize it was a pick up only. I called in while i waited, and was able to pay at the window. She said they would bring it out to the car. My only complaint was the wait, said it was a computer mix up. The pizza was excellent, as was the service!!
