Worst service and no accountability. I called ahead to pick up a prescription and was told to go after 9PM. After waiting in line for over an hour it results that they don’t have the prescription in stock. Nobody bothered to call me to notify about the prescription not being available. Day #2 and still trying to get a hold of someone there and no calls are answered.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to in all 50 states. Waited 30 min in line for prescription. Always an extremely long wait and line. All their goods are locked and there’s no one there to unlock the case for you to actually buy something. We pressed the button for help to unlock the case and no one came. It even said it throughout the whole store on the loud speaker. I will never come back to this store. Choose a different Walgreens. This place doesn’t even deserve to be operating, it’s a joke.

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever had. I had to switch from cvs to a different pharmacy due to insurance, so I switched to the Walgreens across the street, this Walgreens, I have never been more frustrated and angry with how long I have to wait each time I have to pick up a prescription! 2 hours is NO EXAGGERATION. It is literally ridiculous. They need to figure something out, I am going to be switching pharmacies again once my refills run out because every time I drive by their is At least 10 cars waiting. Unbelievable. I am not taking my meds because I don’t have 2 hours to wait to get them, and some aren’t deliverable because I need a photo ID to get them. Why are people not switching pharmacies or getting deliveries themselves? This is insane! They have 2 drive thru lanes but they only ever have ONE open. Um what???? Hire more staff, and if it’s broken fix the tube system for the 2nd lane. This is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever been to or had. Do not switch to here unless you want to have to wait hours to pick up your medications, every single time, even at 3am their is a line wrapped around the building…. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I called today at 3:23 to pick up insulins and they told me it would be ready in 90 minutes. I go at 6:30 and the pharmacist has the insulin I need in her hand. She then put it pack and told me I had to wait till Monday to get the insulin. I need this stuff to stay alive. If you don't have it tell me before I go down to the store. And don't tell me you don't have what I need to survive and then waive it in front of me.
