This was the best thing I’ve ever done, HD LASIK has been a game changer. I live out of town, so I called and they helped me get in touch with a doctor in my area to get a consult and pre-op. When I walked in Dr Singers office, the staff was top notch friendly and very helpful. My wait was les than 10 minutes. I went to the back and testing was done. Dr. Singer come in and reviewed and did some testing. He is very down to earth, and spends time the patient explaining everything. When he was done, they told me to have a seat outside of the procedure room. Before I could go to the waiting room and give my husband my old contacts, they were waiting for me in the procedure room. I was in the procedure room for maybe 10 -15 minutes and surgery was done. Each eye took about a minute. Dr.Singer talked to me and told me what was going on the whole time. When it was complete I was moved to another room for a few minutes and Dr. Singer come in and checked my eyes again and I was released. That was the easiest and most painless surgery ever. I highly recommend him.

UDATED: I got a staph infection on my forehead from this place! They do not clean the pads on their machines that you put your chin and forehead on between patients. I noticed this when I was there and for some reason just didn’t say anything. I have reported them to health standards. The surgery itself went great. Although I do feel like they upsold the procedure since they wouldn’t even talk to me about the $799 version while simultaneously saying I was the perfect lasik candidate. Now that I’ve had my procedure they can’t keep any sort of schedule. My last 2 appointments have been at 8 (when they open) and I still haven’t been seen at 9! How are you this far behind when you first open. They are also rude and act like they don’t care. They really just want your money.

They just want your money , they dont check too see if vision problem may be due to high blood pressure or any other syptoms , they ruined my vision
