My husband just had his hair cut there by someone named Destiny. She was rude to the point of being nasty. Paul, my husband asked for her to cut his hair a little shorter. She became irritated and chopped his hair recklessly. His hair ended up uneven and choppy. In his words “she sheered my hair like a sheep.” Even after his experience, he left her a tip. I insisted he complain but? If people don’t speak up we settle for bad service and even rudenesses.

I am not the kind of person who writes reviews very often, but today probably is the 10th time in a row that I come this location the past year and a half. I ask for David everytime and have never been disappointed. My son who hates haircuts and gets anxiety whenever we have to go, always gets put at ease by David when they talk about Marvel movies and older Disney films. He is always so welcoming at the door and is super attentive when my son is in his chair. I cannot express how grateful I am to David for always making my son feel special and not just another customer. Any moms that are looking for a good barber on the Westside definitely need to bring their kids to Great Clips on Unser to see David. I cannot say good enough things about this location and their staff.

My hair was very damaged by a stylist that owns her own salon. I decided to go to Great clips and I'm glad I did. The stylist DesRae was wonderful. Very friendly and she really knew what she was doing. She gave me a great cut and made it look healthy. I will definitely be back. Thank you DesRae.

Ladies are nice . But they need more training. I had to take my child to another salon to get it fixed. Pictures speak for themselves. Sorry but never again.
