This place is great. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. Have been back a few times now and will continue to come back. Mariah is great! She is kind and a great stylist on top of that. I get curtain bangs from her every time I go and she does an amazing job giving me what I ask for.

On Sunday May 29. I took my 15 yr old son to get a haircut. When we walked in I can automatically sense the grumpiness in the air. A few of the stylists never smiled never greeted us. The lady with short blond hair asked us if we checked in online we said no, she then asked us who’s getting a haircut my son said I am she looked at him And said “is that your name?” “I need your name” in a rude condescending tone. I had sat down so I didn’t think I heard correct. My son then sat down and got a cut from a gentleman who looked like he didn’t want to be there. Who was not friendly at all never smiled. I waited until my son finished and confirmed what she said. I paid and left I was so upset but didn’t want to cause a scene in front of my kids. I honestly don’t understand what happened to customer service nowadays and I will not come back to this location. I feel bad for my son he didn’t deserve to be talked to in a rude sarcastic way.

I would recommend making an appointment cause this place is popular! They gave me a great haircut, i was worried because my hair is 3A curly but it looks great! The hairdressers were so nice and the atmosphere was very casual and friendly. 10/10 experience :)

Decided to get a hair cut out of the blue. I wanted to try Great Clips as we do not have this chain in our area. I was very pleased. I liked the online check in, and the staff was friendly. The guy that cut my hair was really nice and checked with me multiple times on what I wanted. He also double checked the picture example before he made certain cuts to make sure he was getting the look I was going for. It was also a very nice place and inexpensive.
