Always get it right! Very friendly stylists and I enjoy going back every few weeks. Can't remember my stylists name but she does awesome and works on Sundays. Place is always clean and be back in a few weeks.

I read reviews and sometimes think people are just complainers, I am 70 and this is the first time I’ve wrote a negative review. I wish I remembered the styles (?) name but let’s say she was in her 40s. I explained throughly what I wanted (even combed before the cut to explain what I wanted) but she either did not listen or did not care. I ended up with nothing I wanted and worst, one of the most terrible hair (lost for word) I have ever had. If you don’t care what you walk out with then disregard this but if you want what you want, please avoid this hair cutter.

I've seen several stylists at the Wyoming location and they have always provided me with great results. With online check-in, I never have to wait which is FANTASTIC. I also love that they've added notes in recent years, making it faster and easier to get the cut I want. I have an undercut/interesting hair cut but the notes make it easy for different stylists to do my hair. Thanks a bunch!

Right from the time my son and I entered this location that we had never been to before, we waited for someone to acknowledge our existence. There were not a lot of people waiting, 2 in the chairs getting their hair done 1 waiting. Finally a lady who seemed to be losing her voice came up to my son and I at the counter seemingly annoyed and asked if we checked in online. I told her we hadn’t and she sighed and said the wait was about 30 min. I told her that was fine and she reacted annoyed. She asked for my phone number, I gave it to her and she asked who the hair cuts were for. I told her for my son and I, knowing that we are the only 2 attached to my number. She gestured with her hand like “give me a name idiot” so I said our names. She gave a “finally” gesture and asked us to sit. In 2-5 min she asked who was going first, I said my son Kasey, so I could monitor how the cut was going. She pulled out 2 masks and said we had to wear them but I noticed one of the guys in the chair getting his hair cut didn’t have one on and another guy in the waiting area didn’t have one either. I had taken off mine earlier because others weren’t wearing theirs. My son sat in the chair slouching and she hard tapped the back of the seat and told him to sit back, rudely. He did so and she read his previous hair style paper then told me to go sit in the waiting area. I didn’t want to escalate anything further so I did and watched from a distance, which I have never been told to do at any of my visits to great clips locations. Then to make my visit so much better, I was next after my son and these people check in before arriving to the location and I get bumped to 3rd position. I know you can pre-check in on the app but they weren’t even on there. The lady with no voice finished my sons hair with what I presume is a frown face. She calls the pre-check in person’s name and starts with him and the person he came with. The lady with no voice is very rude to the customers and I hope she gets a lesson in customer service. The only reason I didn’t leave is because I got coupons for my son and I to get reduced cost on a standard hair cut. I Will not ever come back to this location if that no voice lady is around. The only person that saved this visit was Linda the other hairstylist, she was very kind, after she called my name she chatted with me about her life and mine and made my visit so much more comfortable compared to the other lady. she asked about my kids, told me a little bit about her life and just made the visit so much better. she should get a raise or whatever recognition that great clips provides because the only reason I would ever come back here is to have her cut my hair again.

You can use Online Check-In for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. And, most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call the salon to inquire.
