Usually they are very nice. This time was an exception. The girl was very nice. The guy,manager maybe, was not. He put the girl down in front of us. I said something and he gave me a dirty look. When we were leaving she said have a nice night. We said thank you. We told him thank you for the sandwiches and he did not say anything back. This guy was in his 30’s. Very bad customer service on his part.

Visited today for first time. ordered a new york steamer. I got a bun with some reddish meat (all the same meat) with a dab of foaming white stuff on top, and a pickle. At least it was hot.

Pretty good hot subs for a chain. They have good size selection of subs as well as typical sandwich sides, soup, salad, chips.

Just got a sandwich - employee who made it had long hair and it was not restrained - hair was in his face and was not wearing a mask - he also had a lip ring and scraggly chin whiskers. The other two employees were masked and had hats on. Sorry but after being in the food business this is disgusting! I won't ever come back to Acadamy location! Come on - have some pride in your appearance - if this is the only help you can get then close up!
