They will falsify your receipt of purchase. The girl that delivers your food will charge herself for her own tips. It’s disgusting. Manager here is helpless and rude. This store is a mess and should not be open. The staff does not care at all whatsoever. I am truly saddened that they won’t attempt to make things right. Since they flat out don’t care.

This place always messes up my sandwiches. Today I decided to give them another chance, and guess what? They messed it up. I'm just going to stick to Jersey Mike's. The quality, customer service is just a lot better, and they never mess up my food!

Don’t order from here, especially delivery. As many others have noted - and I wish I had seen first - they barely fulfill delivery orders. I never received mine or a phone call or anything. I had to call them several times and got no answer. I finally had to pursue action via Uber Eats. It’s probably for the best since I read that people are getting sick from eating there. All around bad - probably the worst in all of the city.

I read some of the reviews on here and noticed that we're all having similar issues with this location. There are so many sandwich places around this area, I would suggest to everyone to go to any one of those other places instead of this Jimmy John's. I never minded how long it took for my order to get delivered to me because my order was always right. But the food is not good enough to accept the rude attitude of the employees at this location. I was disgusted by the rudeness I received from a boy who works at this location. I called about my order that had already been out for delivery for 15 minutes. I asked him if the driver maybe needed directions since I work near a construction site and he said "well since you think it's been too long I'll just cancel your order" and then he hung up on me. I'd rather wait extended amounts of time because you're short staffed than be treated like this because you just hired whoever decided to apply. Do better.
