I've been to hundreds of smoke shops across the country, 99% of the time I get what's expected. M&M smoke shop swindled me. I've been getting quality ecigs all over the country for less than 20 bucks and they've been satisfying. For the 1st time in years I was sold an ecig that disgusted me, from M&M. Even the 5 dollar ecigs were smooth in every other smoke shop, but this one, I spent $50 on 1 ecig and spent over 100 hits trying to get it to work based on the employee's advice. It burned my throat all the way and didn't work. Returned it, got another one, same thing.. Did that 3 times, each time following the "customer service" people's advice. Later learned these people at this store are known for swindling people, and selling them faulty product. This enterprise is a disease.. coming from someone who owns multiple businesses.

I've been shopping here for a couple of years now and I really like this smoke shop. They pretty much have everything to meet your smoking needs. Pipes, bowls, bongs, vapes, bags of tobacco, tubes, screens, etc. etc. etc. I read some reviews where folks say they are overpriced, but I think they are reasonable. Especially considering they are just across the street from a University. Also, I have never received anything less than super friendly service. The last time I was there the bags of tobacco that I usually buy they appeared to be out of. The counter clerk told me to hold on and he went into the back for a minute and returned with the product I needed. He's not the owner and he didn't have to do that. He could have been like "sorry, I guess we're out". But he didn't. He went above and beyond. So, yeah, I think this is a great smoke shop and I will continue to give them my business. I highly recommend M&M's.

Just spent 16 bucks- pulled the cap off the torch to test it, and it disengaged. The guy working told me it was my fault and refused to give me a different one. #fail I would think for 8 bucks he would have said no worries and fixed it afterwards. Bad customer service. He could have just fixed the chain in like 2 seconds after I left. Not going back.
