I took my 2011 iMac in after dealing with a ridiculous amount of lag and having to shutdown constantly due to applications freezing. I had taken it to the Geek Squad and all they did was charge me to tell me that it was running as intended. I took it to the guys at PC Expert on a Friday, and by the afternoon they told me what was wrong with it and how to fix it. They told me what options they had and how much it would be for different options (ended up going with a new performance HDD, 1 TB, and 8 GB RAM, a significant improvement over the stock HDD). I didn't get this level of attention from the Geek Squad. They had it ready the following day; I plugged in and immediately noticed the difference (booted up in under a minute, something I had not seen before). Professional customer service, quick turnaround, and good results. I will be returning with my laptop next time.

Brought in my MacBook Air after another shop gave me the runaround for three weeks. I dropped it off at 1pm here and was up and running by 4pm! Great service, super fast, and very polite and professional. I would highly recommend for any computer needs! Other shop told me it was going to need $400 in repair, got my laptop done for less than half that!
