It's perhaps a smaller version of Costco but without the membership fee. Big stock items but not all. Range of product offering is of course less than Costco but clearly this store is aimed at chefs or owners of food establishments

I have been a long time shopper since the brand name change. Recently this store in Bellevue has taken a nose dive in produce quality. Their red onions and lemons always has fungus on them. I called the store today and spoke to the assistant manager to tell them about the issue. He was least bothered to hear what I has to say and implied that I was lying as I was the only one who complained about this issue. I have receipts and pictures. He didn't even wait until I finished my conversation and hung up on me. This has never happened before they changed brands. Today's experience was very unpleasant and off-putting. I am not sure if me or my family ever want to shop at this store again. My intention of the call was not even to ask for a refund but to inform them about the issue, which I conveyed it to the assistant manager. I just wanted to give an honest feedback so they can check the condition of the produce. Selling produce with fungus on them can be a health hazard to hundreds of their customers. But looks like their customer's health is of least important. The dismissiveness of the assistant manager was appalling and shocking.

I cannot confirm that the Smart Foodservice in Bellevue sells boneless prime rib. They do, however, sell boneless prime ribeye.
