The case worker I have is so unprofessional. Does not respond to emails or phone calls. I’ve called multiple times and it goes to voicemail I leave a voicemail and never hear anything back. My case worker has changed from the original one that i’ve had and no one told me until I spoke with my old case worker. I’ve called the supervisors line twice this week and have not heard anything back. It’s like pulling teeth to speak to someone. The only time they call you is if they need something from you. Really wish they would care a little more.

Very unprofessional. I had to find through another worker who my case worker was. They never answer the phone. Never respond to emails. I wish I could give zero stars.

I’ve been waiting for weeks just to get a response . I try calling multiple times & their mail box is full . They finally give me a case worker she never answers the phone but as soon as I email her she responds . Very unprofessional !
