I tried to do a walk-in with 50 minutes left before they closed. Did not cut my hair that day I was told by the manger that they closed at 6:00 pm. Then I made an appointment with the manager for a cut on a Wednesday for the following Friday and she booked another stylists client during my time. Then when I got ready to leave she said she could work me in with less than 40 minutes before they closed. I asked to reschedule and they were going to “work me in” the next day. I don’t know if they do good work since I never got any services provided. I would not recommend this store very unprofessional,

I have been coming to this salon for about two months now and I followed Chyanne from another salon. When I walk into the door everyone greets me by my name and makes me feel very welcomed. Chyanne does a great job on my hair: cutting, perm and styling. She always goes the extra mile when I am having problems with it. The salon is a great atmosphere every one is friendly and happy. I highly recommend it to anyone. Every customer I see seems very happy. When you make an online appointment be sure to call and follow up on it.

I scheduled an appointment online on Tuesday for Saturday morning. Confirmed my appointment by calling on Friday afternoon. Was told everything was in the system and they would see me Saturday. Getting ready for appointment and got a call that they couldn’t take me. I saw bad reviews about online scheduling but thought they would have fixed it by now. So disappointed. Will be looking for another place. So anyone wanting to schedule an online appointment don’t, you will be disappointed ☹️ Update: the owner contacted me and got me an appointment with a different location and they did amazing.

I went in looking for a pink balayage and left with all my hair RED! This was not at all what I asked for nor does it look good in the least. I am so frustrated I went home crying because I did not trust them to fix it since they seemed so confident that it looked good.
