Came by to get a couple of drinks (a coffee & a smoothy) on 8/4 around 9 pm. Although not many customers in it, employees were as slow as sloths and a couple of them were chatting with family sitting in the hall. Waiting for 30 minutes, food ordered by people came later than us came but not ours. Asked about our order and then one guy made ours at the time after we waited over 30 minutes. Not saying sorry or looking at us. Most terrible McDonald's ever.

McDonald's is a place you go for convenience and speed. This place provides neither. The only thing available for self serve are the soft drinks, everything from napkins, ketchup, and utensils are all kept behind a counter which means you wait on the same employee who is doing 20 other things to get what you need. They also don't even have changing stations for small children in their bathrooms. If you're just looking for a place to stop, pick one of the other three fast food joints in this small side of the road destination. If for some reason you're set on McDonald's fare, you'd be better off driving 20 minutes to the next one in either direction.

Worst experience ever, store#22694 kettleman city!!!! Should have gone to in n out instead. No meat in my sons unhappy meal , literally a cheese burger bread and cheese. Shorted 11 nuggets from a 40pc . Soggy and cold fries, which I just spit up. This was just 30min ago, corporate will hear about this incident. Also seen a employee drop cones on the floor and still use them to serve customers, I wonder how much bacteria was on the packaging when placed into the cone holder. Straight out disgusted 🤮

ABSOLUTELY EXTREMELY FAST SERVICE, VERY PEACEFUL AND KIND. IVE NEVER BEEN TO A MCDONALD'S SO PERFECT. ITS CLEAN IT HAS DINE IN AS WELL AND THE BURGERS ARE WELL MADE.
