I have had it with this place. Slow slow slow. And if you try to call they put you on hold for ummmm forever??? My doctors often can't even get through to them if they need to call as well. The prices are higher than other pharmacies as well. Using GoodRX it seems Albertsons wins hands down for prices. Sometimes by an order of magnitude of 90%. I am definitely gong to start driving another 3 miles to at least save money since there is no convenience to having a pharmacy near me that makes me wait forever both in person or on the phone.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever! Their process is unorganized, they always have an excuse! I receive alerts that my medications are ready. I call to check, they confirm, I drive over there. Not only not ready, but out of stock all of the sudden! The pharmacy staff is absolutely callus and unwilling to fix the process. Congrats on losing more business.

I don't normally post negative reviews or complain much, but felt this situation justified a negative and public complaint, because after sharing my experience with the very young 'manager' on 4/5/22, I came away feeling more unsatisfied. The details are no longer important, but the pharmacy "manager" there on the evening of 4/5/22 should take some lessons in leadership and customer service skills as he is acutely lacking in that area, preferring to reprimand customers for complaining and/or bringing awareness to matters requiring management's involvement. When the car at the drive-thru window is allowed to remain there for 30 minutes while 10+ cars pile up behind it, requiring an hour-long wait for their customers in the drive-thru, it is unacceptable to reprimand the customer for placing a call while sitting in the drive-thru after 30 minutes have passed and not a single car has moved forward. The same car sat at the window for 30 minutes straight. You can't blame poor customer service and bad leadership on COVID, nice try though! No apologies offered whatsoever, only a reprimand for placing a call of complaint. I was met with animosity, hostility and excuses, none of which were acceptable. Completely done with this pharmacy, and Walgreens, as a result. I'll happily drive well out of my way to avoid this pharmacy in the future.

My family and I had a terrible experience here. My daughter was to receive important antibiotics in the morning, but we didn’t get them until 6 hours later. I was never updated on the fill-status, so my sick daughter and I had to drive back down to pharmacy because after calling multiple times I was hung up on multiple times. This pharmacy totally lost my trust and I won’t be returning.
