Super cool place with great food, but be prepared to wait a long time for a table and also food! Don't make my mistake and drink too much before on an empty stomach, as the wait was loooong! But when it arrived it was so good, really tender steak and the gravy was delicious. I loved the vibe and decor, very cool and seems like a bit of a hipster place. Would love to have seen some live music there! Really glad we went!

No doubt a cool place worth a visit. Food was good but mac ‘n cheese a bit overcooked for my taste. The meat was great. Service could be a bit more friendly. Also 4$ for 4 thin slices of avocado was not worth to add as extra to my salad. But overall the food and drinks were nice!

YOU WILL WAIT OVER AN HOUR TO EAT. Now that that's out of the way, this place is great! There are a lot of fantastic bands that play live here, which is why it's the thriving hotspot of Pioneertown -- and why it's always packed. It's first-come first-serve (no reservations) so get here an hour or two before you want to eat to put your name on the list. They won't text you, so stick around or come back when they estimate you'll have a chance to be seated. Once inside, the atmosphere is really something. Live bands, authentic decor, and a lively crowd. The wait staff do the best they can with how busy it always is, but don't expect white glove service. The best thing about this place, in my opinion, is the food. We got ribs, the wagyu steak, and coleslaw and mac and cheese for sides. Everything was incredible. I actually wanted to get another steak when I was done because I just wanted to keep tasting that deliciousness. We also opted for the New York style cheesecake for dessert and although it was a bit frozen, it came with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and was just as good as everything else we'd eaten. So in summary, get here early and get here often!

Well-touted restaurant in the Joshua Tree area that has an old world charm to it. Dishes are mostly burgers, bbq meats, and salads. Small selection of beers and cocktails too. Prices are on the higher end, but portion sizes are large - may want to consider sharing mains instead. We didn’t really get the hype on the restaurant but it was nice

No. The food is great, so it attracts not only the locals, but I have met people from England, Germany, Philadelphia, New York and Florida when I have been, hence the wait may be greater at times. The atmosphere is well worth a little wait, and the Skirt Steak is one of the best steaks I have ever had, period.
