Call
Don't rely on showing up to get tickets, and don't rely on the show being free. Both are possible, but it's an unreasonable expectation; you need to call them, if they don't answer leave a message with your phone number, and they'll call you back.
As far as I know I didn't get any tickets for a show
Show up, they might have day of tickets available.
