This by far has been one of the best cigar stores I have ever been to! The prices are reasonable, the staff are very friendly, and the lounge is great if you want to kick back and enjoy a stick or two. I will definitely be back again! Keep up the good work gentlemen 👍

Been a customer here over 20 years. Not a regular but always loved the selection and friendliness. My recent experience was different. I was treated poorly by a man whom I was later told was the owner. He apologized to me as he said the attitude in the store is “like a bar room.” This really was a surprise to me. Decent selection of cigars but Buffalo is filled with many other establishments.
