A worker was extremely rude to me and my mom. She kept yelling saying she couldn’t understand people talking over each other, which we weren’t. She yelled asking where the address is. I saw her being rude to another arab. But to this white lady in front of us, she was extremely nice. She unnecessarily apologized. Horrible worker.

If you ever have had an experience that you waited at home for a whole day on a delivery day, and you received nothing but a "delivery attempt notice", trust me, it's very NORMAL; no ringing the doorbell, no knocking at the door, if you have a long driveway to you front door, they don't even get off their vehicle just simply put the prepared notice into the mailbox. Why do they do that, you'll never know. Good luck everyone.

Clueless employees, snarky remarks, supervisors who avoid citizens and hide. Laughable. Avoid this place at all costs. RUN. You call the number it rings and rings, does anyone know what’s going on there?

posting your complaint here won't create any action or change for your concern. You'll need to contact the local post office or better yet, I've only been able to get change to occur by visiting the location directly and speaking to the post Master. Don't talk to a manager unless they're a post Master
I don't see why not you should get a box at the post office
