Long check out lines on the weekends..not enough staff. Items not restocked, messy shoe section, very unorganized.

I have never used the drive-up app at this location before, but I figured it would be similar to the others. Whenever you place your order through the app, it always says "ready within 2 hours or less". So after waiting 3 hours to be notified that my order was ready for pick-up, I started to get a little concerned. I decided to call this location to see if there were any set backs regarding my order, and I wasn't able to get through to anyone. I called back about 15-20 minutes later and still no one answered... I decided to call a different department to see what was going on and I was finally able to talk to someone. I was told that because of the in-flow of orders, my order might not be ready until tomorrow and I have no way of knowing when exactly it will be ready. Absolutely no hate towards the staff because I understand, but I really wish that I would've been notified of this prior to waiting hours for my order to be ready! The other locations I have gone to do a tremendous job with this service, but I was really disappointed about this. I went ahead and canceled my order because I couldn't wait a day to have my order completed!
