Wondering why every time I call no one seems to answer.

I just called and they picked right up.

Try again. Everytime i call someone answers. I've called a lot.

I've never had to call, but I would think earlier in the mornings and later in the evenings would be the best times.

Haven't ever called them ...

Call during non peak hours such as morning or evening

They busy almost all the tine except around 8am
