Booked a massage two weeks in advance then the night before received a shady text about Alexander not able to keep appointment and had to cancel…said been sick and still feeling bad not coming in. If you been sick why wait til 6pm and I understand businesses have call outs but most have a backup system why text instead of calling, why so late in day??? After contacting them , Cassie rudely reminded me it is a holiday weekend ( it was going to be a holiday weekend the day the appointment was booked) ….To me it sounds like someone wanted to party not work.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is the worst place to ever go. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I had a membership with them since January and never receive service since. My husband and I went in February only to be told to go home because we weren’t actually put in for an appointment. Contacted help team, no response. In April, my husband and I were supposed to get services for our anniversary but the morning of the appointment, we were told one therapist can not do the job due to injury. We booked this appointment 3 months before. We called, they did not offer another service the day of. They said they can only do next day which does not work for us. THEY DON’T CARE. Contacted help team again and told them I want my membership ended and my money back. They called me and offered same day service but I didn’t take it. They already told me they couldn’t provide same day service. They only offered because I want my money back. Customer service SUCKS and front desk people sound not happy assisting me on the phone. I was very upset and frustrated because that service was supposed to be a surprise gift for my husband on our first wedding anniversary. As of right now, I didn’t get my money back yet. The assistant regional director said he will let me know when it’s approved. I am not paying on a monthly basis with zero service. I NEED MY MONEY BACK. Will update this review when I hear from again. I’ll give them at least a week’s time.
