Bad management! Unprofessional rude stuff! Owner changing business hours wich is different from website or other Palm Beach locations. ! This week I tried to ten but they was closed after 6.00pm ! Working people not able ten at when is still daylight?!

I enjoy the services they offer, everyone who works there is friendly, and I like the bed selection. They are helpful in getting you started with lotions and bed types. Best part is the sales tactics are informative, but not off-putting or pushy at all. It's clean and organized there.

The spray tan began peeling off less than 24hrs before even showering. I called to ask for a refund since after showering more areas flaked off in spots. It looked horrible. It would have been better to not get the spray tan at all. My main frustrastion, since I understand stuff happens, was the manager's unwillingness to offer a refund. She offered me some free products. I didn't pay for product, I paid for a spray tan for a photoshoot that had to be canceled due to how terrible it looked.

I just moved to Las Vegas and, after noticing that people were really looking their best here, I knew I had to up my game! I come from New Mexico, where the word "casual" is a dramatic overstatement when it comes to personal grooming. So I decided to give this tanning salon a try, and I felt so welcome by the girl at the front desk on Monday. I didn't feel like a fish out of water. She signed me up for the monthly membership (reasonable) and I went in on Friday for my first-ever spray tan. I tan naturally and very easily, but have decided to make better sun choices from now on. The lady who explained the process to me was very friendly. And the tan itself was quick and easy and kind of fun! Kudos to these pleasant gals and clean/upscale experience at Palm Beach Tan (on Charleston and Cimarron in Las Vegas).
