Gave such clear information and instruction that a first timer such as myself was able to properly check the blocks. It was refreshing to encounter that lever of knowledge and skill.

VERY POOR. Need to renew my notary stamp which was originally done through this company. Well, I don't need a bond because we already have independent bonding through our company's umbrella insurance as a separate endorsement and bonding. Fix your website and explain (what I was told after calling) that your company will not do the transaction unless we pay for a bond. Not sure why not, the stamp you're charging for is also double the price from competitors.

Don’t be fooled! They take your money and provide NO service. I paid the $76 renewal fee expecting them to process my application. I had to take my application to a local notary, they did not provide that service for me. Then when I mailed in my original, completed application, they rejected it. They marked up my original and stated it was a copy( it was not)! So, I would have to start the process all over with them. I asked for a refund. It was approved, but they only refund 50%. This company should be shut down! It’s a scam!!

They will send you a packet in the mail that includes your stamp. I received mine about two weeks after taking my online test.

Since it is over 10 years, you must apply as a new. Go to www.notaries.com. Thank you for your question.
We are located in Orlando, Florida.
Thanks Michele for your question. If your notary has been expired less than 10 years, all you have to do is "renew". Go to www.notaries.com, select Florida and then select renew. One thing you might want to consider is, when you renew, include the Remote Online Notary (RON) option. Our website has quite a bit of information for your reading pleasure.
