I been here twice. My first time i was greeted by a young girl and she made my shopping go so smoothly.. ashe helped me out with everything. My second time was the worst time. The lady supposedly the manager was super unfriendly and rude. Customer service should always be taught to workers.

I always go to the Body shop at the Florida Mall and have always been taken care right away with no problem. Went last month and the sales girl who was there couldn't understand what someone asking . It was Exotic home fragrance. She kept asking the person she didn't understand.. I stepped in and told her Exotic home fragrance. She said Oh, its that the person had an accent. I thought that was wrong. You never tell a person about their accent. Especially when this person didn't have one. It could have been the face mask but I was near both and I understood what the person was asking. I feel she must have been new and not trained enough. So watch out for her cause Heaven knows what might come out of her mouth. Lol i give it a 3 this time.

I called them ,left the message and they never called back. So I found the same product online and it was cheaper.

The store felt stuffed with junk, and didn't really feel like anything was good. Most fragranced stuff smelled similar and the rest was ignorable.
